My service manager was awesome, Dan Nichols, but the mechanics are awful as I had to bring my truck back 3 times and they literally did not put the bolts back on my heat shield to my engine..I notice it mechanics are awful as I had to bring my truck back 3 times and they literally did not put the bolts back on my heat shield to my engine..I notice it when I was cleaning my engine! Always a great experience when I visit Mac Haik Ford Lincoln for Service. I went to the Quick Lube for battery replacement for my Lincoln. I was quickly greeted by my regular service advisor Jason.
