I worked with Jeff Barto. I went in because I needed the tire locks changed out. It was a program car and could not find the socket. Jeff was able to find it tucked away and did not make me feel like a wa tire locks changed out. It was a program car and could not find the socket. Jeff was able to find it tucked away and did not make me feel like a waste of his time. They were also needing to activate my Kahu. Once Jeff realized mine was not working and needed to be replaced, he came in at let me know so I wouldn’t be waiting and wondering what was taking a little bit longer. Since my car was bought as new (program car) I asked about the FordPass reward points, I told Jeff I was going to get mats with them. Instead of passing me off he ordered them and a socket wrench for me. His customer service and communication was everything. From what I observed in the waiting room, the whole team should be commended. I will recommend Mak Haik Ford Service Dept and Jeff Barto to my family and friends. More

I was in to do a simple lease buyout. Pretty straightforward. The salesperson represented his first such transaction. He went back and forth to ask questions central times. No real issue there, straightforward. The salesperson represented his first such transaction. He went back and forth to ask questions central times. No real issue there, although not ideal I was willing to let him learn. Then he handed me over to the finance guy who used residual value, dealership fee and other costs to do his math. Three times I sent him back because he made “errors” in the dealers favor. Unacceptable. Then I found a $7 charge for state inspection which the sales person told me was covered in the $500 dealer handling fee. I ask him to remove it. He refused saying the sales person was wrong. I asked him to get the sales manager to discuss it with me. After 10 min he returned to tell me the sales manager was with another customer and simply told me the sales manager said that’s the way it is. From the finance guy I got deceptive, dishonest and extremely poor customer experience. I will never go back to Mac Haik dealership again. More
