Mac Haik Ford Lincoln is an excellent dealership except in the Lincoln pickup and delivery program. We have been customers of Mac Haik since we purchased our 2017 Lincoln Continental from them. We had reas in the Lincoln pickup and delivery program. We have been customers of Mac Haik since we purchased our 2017 Lincoln Continental from them. We had reason to use the advertised Lincoln pickup and delivery. Twice we were told they did not have the vehicles available to honor Lincoln's program The final time they had a vehicle to use. The service department is up to snuff and really a great bunch of people. More

Had appt, dropped car off. Didnt push or call , called me 5 days later to tell me car was ready ( simple recall appt). Picked up 3 days after that ( arranged drop off). Retrieved vehicle ,drive off check eng 5 days later to tell me car was ready ( simple recall appt). Picked up 3 days after that ( arranged drop off). Retrieved vehicle ,drive off check engine light on. Returned , service guy argued with me that he had never met me before initially, then remembered, I had appt to get to. told only could have a loaner for the day but no word on when vehicle be done. Then after I pushed to keep loaner till my vehicle was ready , literally 3 minutes they come out and tell me my vehicle is fine, engine light off. Frustrating that they had vehicle for so long and no checks and balances to make sure it was Ready when they called and said it was ready. Not trustworthy , not professional. Simple polite communication is all that is needed if a mistake has been made. I live 35 min away. More
