The rebate for the add-ons was not completed in a timely manner. 5. The accessories team did a poor job of explaining what was included in the tow kit package. They actually didn’t explain it at all. 6. All around terrible experience. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Additionally, I will not use them for service (that I extended to 100k). 7. My salesman was actually really nice and the sales Manager, Juan, did all that he could to make things right.
