Bryan and Shaun are excellent at what they do! Shaun took great care of me during my last purchase and although I could not remember his name, Bryan did not hesitate to identify him for me. As Shaun was busy with another customer and Bryan was the first to greet me, Bryan did not hesitate to take care of me and offered the same level of excellent customer service I have come to expect after working with Shaun 2 years ago. My questions are always answered, the service is amazing and they make you feel more like friends and family than customers. I highly recommend Mac Haik, and these two guys. This visit took a little longer than I planned, but I believe the wait was worth it. I came in considering shocks and struts for my aging truck, but was also concerned about some oil usage or leakage. believe the wait was worth it.
