Walked in looking to make a deal on a 2020 Lariat. We were not able to reach the numbers I was looking for on it, and I was prepared to leave (on good terms) until another deal could come along. John pro were not able to reach the numbers I was looking for on it, and I was prepared to leave (on good terms) until another deal could come along. John proactively scoped my desired (must have) features and out-the-door budget, and then spent some time manually combing the 2021 inventory for an appropriate item. John ultimately found me the perfect combination of features, it was lacking in things I literally cared nothing about, and had every tech feature I wanted (and then some). I had researched the vehicle myself and was not aware that the trim and feature combination that he found for me could even exist. On top of that, he exceeded my budgetary requirements even AFTER adding accessories. John did all of this while juggling other customers, always made us feel as if we were being privately catered to, and all-in-all a pleasant experience. The other staff I interreacted with, mostly in passing were nothing short of courteous. Most importantly, to me at least, I physically toured dealerships as I shopped for vehicles for several weeks ahead of my first contact with dealership staff. Every dealership that had their security team make us leave, I specifically made a point not to review their inventory any further. I was ultimately able to look at the inventory at Mac Haik Ford several times after hours, without hassle, and the downhill process once I chose to engage with sales staff really made this deal an overall winner. Received photos of truck damaged and repairs needed AFTER they received my FULL PAYMENT !! USED car salesman was rude, refused to return 10 calls/texts. Their Bank STILL "HAS NOT" returned my funds !! 18 d they received my FULL PAYMENT !! USED car salesman was rude, refused to return 10 calls/texts. Their Bank STILL "HAS NOT" returned my funds !! 18 days now and still waiting for my refund !! $44,239.00 OMG !!!! FRAUD !! More
