I have had two visits to the Quick Lane service department in the last month. The first was for a recall involving the master cylinder and the second was for what I thought was an electrical probl department in the last month. The first was for a recall involving the master cylinder and the second was for what I thought was an electrical problem which turned out to be a worn out battery. On both occasions my service representative was Mike Lawrence. Mike was very professional and up front on both of my visits. He had my repairs completed on schedule for each visit and he was prompt on keeping me advised. More

I had been wanting to buy a Ford Ranger for a few months. I had specific questions about certain details I wanted answered. All the other dealerships I contacted were either unable or unwilling to respond to I had specific questions about certain details I wanted answered. Creighton, Edgar, Jared, and Dillon not only answered my questions completly, but did so in a timely, professional, and personable manner. These guys worked with me 100% of the way. During the purchase process, I had a personal situation that arose which required a great deal of flexibility on their part. Not only did they step up, they did so in a way that let me know they were sincerely interested in me not only as a customer, but as a person. From one veteran to two others (Creighton and Edgar), thank you for your service! I also appreciate your appreciation of mine. Additionally, to Jared and Dillon, thank you for your respect as well.
