Jared is the best! He spent over an hour with me today, a full 14 months after we purchased a vehicle from Mac Haik, to help me find the accessories for my ReTrax system. He knows the accessories inside and out, which one might not realize is important until you've spent hours of your own time trying to find what you need with no luck! Use to be good buy lately it’s was impossible to get a quote ! And when I finally got it after several call to Shea ! It wasn’t even an exact quote it was “around c amount of dollars !! Them I went to cov quote ! And when I finally got it after several call to Shea ! It wasn’t even an exact quote it was “around c amount of dollars !! Them I went to covert Ford in Hutto they not only were great but got all of my cameras replaced under Warrenty ! Which Shea never mentioned that I could call Ford for help with. $3200 repair , because I was only 2,000 miles out of Warrenty !! I think Hutto Ford looks out for its customers much better then Mac Haik Ford ! Please tell Shea he’s lost me as a customer !! More
