I've been here over a dozen times and I expect variance, but after this last time I probably wont be going back. The time estimate (1-1.5 hours) was half of what it actually took to get me out of there for but after this last time I probably wont be going back. The time estimate (1-1.5 hours) was half of what it actually took to get me out of there for a oil change/tire rot/state inspection. I get it that you can get busy, but time estimates need to be at least close and keep me updated. The vehicle got pulled back ~70 minutes after checking in so I was expecting 2 hours. Not 3. It took 3, seemingly because of some small issues that needed addressing for the inspection (license plate light and wipers). The vehicle got taken out of the bay and reparked in front for at least 30 minutes after the tech advised on those issues. Then it went back in to fix those (policy I guess... makes sense to not do any work in the parking lot). Then it sat for another 15-20 minutes out front before I was called to check out. Thats a lot of time over the estimate that I'm sitting in the waiting room, looking at my vehicle doing nothing. The ~$34 for a license plate light is ridiculous. Its probably a quarter hour of labor minimum, but come on. You're holding me hostage because its needed for the inspection. The wipers "needing" replacement was worse. I just used them on the way there and they were fine. By that time it had been over two hours so I'm pot committed, so I'm going to give you the money now and you wont see any more over time. Use some common sense and don't leave me with a ~$133 bill for a regular oil change/tire rot/inspection with two overpriced gotchas. Customer-facing employees were friendly and good attitude. More

Grayson was amazing. Super helpful and made it as stress free as possible. We had went to another dealership prior to Mac Haik and knew there was something fishy about them. I would definitely recommend anyone this salesman. 2 days later we had to go back to service for an inspection and i kick myself in the butt for not remembering the gentleman’s name but his customer service was awesome as well. We had a sleeping toddler in the back and you could tell his sympathy for possible having to wake her up. I can’t thank you enough Mac Haik. More
