Mac Haik Ford’s Quick Lane serviced my F-150, in 90 minutes, without an appointment. They changed the oil and filters, rotated the tires, completed a State inspection and replaced the windshield wiper minutes, without an appointment. Great purchase experience with Jeremy at Pre-owned in Mac Haik in Georgetown. He was responsive and caring (I originally wanted to see the 2017 Navigator L on 2/12/21, the day of the deadly 100+ car pile up Haik in Georgetown. He was responsive and caring (I originally wanted to see the 2017 Navigator L on 2/12/21, the day of the deadly 100+ car pile up on I35, just right before the snow bust on 2/15). The '17 gator proved out to be a wonderful SUV, earning thumbs up from both my wife and 8yo daughter. It's quiet, safe and to say the least, entertaining with DVD entertainment for them. The only gripe that I have was the seat heater on driver side was not working and front passenger is half working (hard to verify when inside cabin was cranked way way up to thaw out the car). It was obviously my fault not checking thoroughly, but wished that this was noted at the dealership (cannot blame them as well as the SUV was just traded in on one of the colder days). More
