My first rating to this dealership was a bit premature as I gave a 5 star the day of purchase. After discovering a few misleading and inaccurate details given to me, which caused me a long-distance trip to g I gave a 5 star the day of purchase. After discovering a few misleading and inaccurate details given to me, which caused me a long-distance trip to go back to the dealership the next day along with the fact that make-ready failed to put air in my tires (i drove out with 25 lbs in front, and 24 lbs in rear and when i got home my low tire warning came on, another inconvenience that i had to go to another auto store to get air), I have reduced my initial 5-star rating to 3-star. I also have to go back a third time to get door guards placed on my SUV which were missing from the additional $2000 aftermarket price paid. Though my issues were resolved, they cost me time, fuel expense, and inconvenience. I live 35 miles from this dealership. The GM never came over to introduce himself (which i felt was odd, considering i am a long-time loyal Ford customer) and GM’s at other dealerships always made a point to welcome me. I was never asked if I would like any coffee or water, and I was the one that, after an hour outside looking at new cars, had to ask for water. These are things this dealership could improve on. This survey did not have the name of the Finance Manager in the section below to “Rate each person I worked with”. His name is Vince Brown. I found him to be very professional. He deserves a 5-star rating for his work ethics and customer service. More

Ok well it did not go good. Took 3 hours and 42 minutes for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I arrived at 1 pm, you said 1 - 1.5 hours. You guys have to do a better job on advising your customers of how long. You had 4 people behind the desk.. how about more in the bays? More
