Destroyed a tire at the ranch over the weekend. Called Gene in parts to see if they had the tire in stock. They didn't but he ordered it to come in that afternoon. I bought my 2015 Cadillac Escalade from Alex. He was awesome, sweet and professional. The finance manager was also a jewel! Everyone I came into contact with at Mac Haik dealership was wonderful to work with. FYI....I saw the Escalade online. I flew from Los Angeles to Texas. Alex picked me up from the airport. When we arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork was ready and the Cadillac Escalade was beautiful and ready to go. I drove all the way to from Texas to Indiana and then back to California and there were zero issues with my new car. I highly recommend Mac Haik Ford Lincoln and I doubly recommend asking for Alex!
