I had the pleasure of working with Tobi on my recent purchase. I had a very good experience and greatly appreciate his honesty and input through the process. I also had the pleasure of working with Jared on the customization of the truck and his feedback and input proved invaluable. These guys built me the most bad-xxx truck I’ve ever seen and I can’t thank them enough. On top of that, everyone was very kind and made the trips to the dealership fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend a visit to Mac Haik of Georgetown if you are in the market for a vehicle, and do yourself a favor and ask for Tobi when you get there. More

I am extremely pleased with Isaac O’Bannan. We purchased a new 2019 Expedition from him in April of 2019. We wanted specific features that weren't available in inventory on the lot. Isaac worked with us to a new 2019 Expedition from him in April of 2019. We wanted specific features that weren't available in inventory on the lot. Isaac worked with us to find a car that matched our wish list and worked with us throughout the process. I was so pleased with him that we ended up purchasing a used 2016 Escape from him the same weekend. This week we had some warranty work and some service that needed to be done to the car. Even though it wasn’t related to a new sale, Isaac followed up with me, letting me know the various departments that would be working on the different aspects of the work needed. This is the first time I’ve ever had a sales person follow up with me a year and a half after a sale for something not even related to a new sales opportunity. This example of service after a sale will definitely have me working with Isaac on new car purchases in the future. I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years from Mac Haik. While I’ve always been pleased with both the sales and service departments, Isaac definitely stands out as the most positive experience I’ve had. More
