I have a new Ford Explorer and needed my first oil change and also needed a piece of trim under the dash connected -- it was missing bolts and was only noticed several months after purchase. I phoned Shay to ask about the Fast Lane process and he was very polite and gave me great advice. When I came to Mac Haik a few days later, he remembered me, got my car in line for service and said he would do his best to get the trim connected. I was able to leave my car and returned when he phoned me. The oil change and small repair were done and I was on my way in a few minutes. Shay is very professional, works hard, and I will be back for my regular service and anything else that happens along the way. Great service. More
I have bought a used truck and a new car from this dealership. Service and Sales have been great each time. Brought my car in because the SYNC system was not working properly, and I thought it need dealership. Service and Sales have been great each time. Brought my car in because the SYNC system was not working properly, and I thought it needed an upgrade. I spoke with Heidi who explained it was something more serious than that. I brought the car in and the techs (sorry that I do not know their names) determined I needed a new computer module for Sync. It was obvious this would not be a rapid repair, the part had to be ordered from Dearborn twice, and needed software upgrades. Since it was not a quick fix, they provided me with a loaner car at no charge. Heidi called every day to let me know the status, so I always knew what was going on. I now have the care back, it works great, and I am satisfied. More
