I worked with Zac Deegan this past weekend to lease my new Explorer Limited after returning my previous XLT lease- he made the process very simple and really worked with us to get me a figure I was able t new Explorer Limited after returning my previous XLT lease- he made the process very simple and really worked with us to get me a figure I was able to afford, which ultimately made it possible for me to have the upgraded model I was hoping for. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford brand and knew a lot about the different features, the detailing process took a bit longer than expected and he offered an additional free detail & tank of gas the next time I'm in the Georgetown area to help compensate for our time spent waiting. I cannot stand this quick service garbage. It was so much easier when you could make appointments. Now I need a ride unless I wanna spend hours waiting. You get harassed when you bring your car in to trade it in by emails and phone calls even when you say you’re not interested in trading it in. Service department is usually great but I had an early appt to have a recall item addressed. 3 hours into the appt, no part for the recall I was there to address.
