Jason was friendly and efficient. I always use Mac Haik for my car maintenance. I had an appointment, i usually rely on the shuttle service, but due to the circumstances, my Grand Daughter gave me a ride. for my car maintenance. Bought a brand new 2020 F-350 payed for a custom truck box and and factory air bags in the rear end.. at the time of pick up after the “final detail” I found Two empty soda bottles in the back seat. The spare tire was dragging on the ground and got flagged down 100 miles after I left the dealership. The air bags are not balanced. Left parking light on the front is not working. They told me I had to inflate the tires as the all six Tires were more than 10 psi off from each other. Felt rushed and significant lack of respect from the dealership. The second day I had the truck I texted the fleet manager. And no response. As I planned on buying more trucks for my fleet I’ll be hard pressed to go back to this dealership.a response to this is welcome. More

The fast lane service for regular maintenance of oil changes & tire rotation along with checking over the usual inspection items was very good. There's one thing that wasn't part of the normal inspect changes & tire rotation along with checking over the usual inspection items was very good.
