I cannot stand this quick service garbage. It was so much easier when you could make appointments. Now I need a ride unless I wanna spend hours waiting. You get harassed when you bring your car in to trade it in by emails and phone calls even when you say you’re not interested in trading it in. Service department is usually great but I had an early appt to have a recall item addressed. 3 hours into the appt, no part for the recall I was there to address. Had routine 20,000 mile service. Wait time was reasonable. Would like to have had the Sync3 map updated, but was told it was expensive and time consuming and was advised I would be better off to d reasonable. Would like to have had the Sync3 map updated, but was told it was expensive and time consuming and was advised I would be better off to do it myself. Was able to order the thumbdrive with the map update from Ford. Have not yet received it, but will see how it goes when I get the thumb drive. More
