Was greeted with a friendly face and demeanor, even behind the ppe masks, first in the used car Dept by Jeremy and then Grayson in new cars! Jeremy worked with my wife and son before I arrived and once we didn’t find what worked in used cars, he introduced us to Grayson... we quickly “just knew” that Grayson had every intention to find a vehicle that my son (his very first vehicle) would be happy with as much as his mom and dad would be! We were not rushed and Grayson provided us with plenty of options and even brought up questions that were applicable even when we didn’t think about them ourselves! Not sure I’ve ever felt so comfortable talking with car salesmen... ever! Thank you, Jeremy and Grayson! Shannon in Finance was just as wonderful and the transaction went seamless! Great Team! More

Told Marshall exactly what I wanted via email and through a few texts back and forth. Within one day he found it, we agreed on pricing and he sent links to paperwork. I have a 2019 Lincoln that was purchased new. Just recently, I found out you do courtesy washes for customers and I have a huge issue with this. I was sitting down waiting to get my tire fixed when I recently, I found out you do courtesy washes for customers and I have a huge issue with this. I was sitting down waiting to get my tire fixed when I over heard a customer (Caucasian/white) being asked if they wanted a complimentary car wash. I got up and walked to counter and asked about this service. Person that helped me was nice and offered to wash my car . I am a Black female and never was offered this service. Why??? Never once was I offered a coutesy wash on the service side or the Quick service side since I have had my car. Not a great experience, even at the time of purchase. Should of walked away. More
