The aviator has damage we did not know about and we found it later. 3 times to the body shop to get it fixed. We bought the paint and exterior coverage had to take that back a second time since they did not it later. 3 times to the body shop to get it fixed. Gas cap cover broken Salesmen knew this but did not tell us found out when we got home. Had to have service order one since no parts available. I have turned in my loaner vehicle after the last body shop visit and ask the service manager if the gas cap cover had come in yet he said no but he called the parts department and it was there no one told him glad I asked. Had to schedule another appointment told 1 to 1.5 hrs i was there for almost 3. I will never but another vehicle from Mac Hiak nor will they get any of my service apps. More

On April 23, 2020, The team members were all so polite and quick to answer any questions that I had. I was called with suggestions and updates so there were no surprises when I picked up my vehicle. I want to apologize for every bad thing I have said about Fords the last 30 years, after only 3 days of ownership I can tell why it is the best selling truck. Not sure what I was thinking, and the King Ranch part sure isn’t hurting the cause any. LOL. I'm 56 years old and this is the first Ford F150 I have owned and it's awesome. Rene made buying the truck a very pleasant experience, I practically did everything over the internet and phone, and when I showed at the dealership he practically had everything completed and just had to wait on the financing.
