We had a great experience purchasing our new Bronco Sport from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown. We got a great deal on the vehicle we wanted, equipped the way we wanted it. Was told they would rotate tires and never did. Tech guy didn’t tell service guy until after vehicle was picked up. Will be taking truck to another dealer for second option regarding tires. Only out 15K miles since we bought the vehicle and no way tires all need to be replaced. That was the reasoning as to why they did not rotate. To me this is absolutely lazy on the techs part. Unreal. Dillon was the absolute best sales rep to work with in all of the 3 times I've been coming to your dealership. I was with my infant daughter and the patience he showed my wife and I was truly exceptional all of the 3 times I've been coming to your dealership. He was very open with his explanations of the pros/cons of each vehicle we were interested in and wasn't afraid to let us know what he didn't know about, which goes along way in my book of not having to make believe you know everything to get a sale. To take it over the top, Dillon and I made a plan for a getting my car serviced even after we took home the keys and I was suspicious of him keeping to the promise that he made due to it all not being on paper and you know how that usually goes if it isn't on paper, but true to his word, he kept to his promise and took care of us even after he had the sale. That's what make me want to be a repeat customer and refer people I know to him due to his quality of character. More

I am an out-of-state buyer. The sh*tiest experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Lapses in both communication and managing documents. They didn't send the right return label which delayed the purchase by a week. Dylan told me that I can take the receipt and go to local licensing office to get registration. He was wrong. He lied to escape from responsibility. Now I have to wait for Title to come to a vehicle licensing office where I don't know which one they sent to. They didn't give me an option for Quick Title. No transparency in what they did. No update on whats going on. I had to beg the sales team for information. They so arrogant that they felt that they are doing me a favor by selling the car. Especially John and Joe. Overall, the worst experience from the first contact to last contact. I am really surprised the dealership is still in business with such bad customer service. More
