While I had already performed "trade studies" on what I wanted to buy, Mac Haik's salesperson, Khalil Bateman was extremely helpful in sharing with me a list of vehicles they had in stock to help with my selection process. After two hours of looking at several trucks, I settled on "the one". The next day, I completed the paperwork and drove off their lot with an outstanding-looking F-150, with a transaction I'm completely satisfied with. Jose Ocampo, in the Finance Dep't. was exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient in walking me through the typical paperwork exercise. Mac Haik is the by far the best dealer I've done business with in over 55 years of driving! I highly recommend these people!! More
