It is very inconvenient to have to sell my car or go over to another dealer to sell my car so I don't get screwed on the trade. In this case, I was in a hurry and accepted over $1,000 less than the trade value for my car. And in the end, I did not feel like I was treated fairly. It has happened to me twice at this dealership. When I bought my Taurus in 2014 (which I just traded), I had to go over to Carmax to sell my trade. I think this is my last purchase from this dealer. More

Checkup and Inspection I was expecting a long wait for a simple procedure. The Quick Service lane estimated 2 hours and I was out in a little over an hour. My only objection was that the waiting room has too many TVs on too loud with dribble on them. It would be nice to have someplace with no excessive noise to wait in. I was told on Friday that a new Touchscreen was ordered for my vehicle and wouldn’t arrive until Monday. And when my car was delivered back to me Monday afternoon I found out the part was NEVER replaced. And I was not told about this. I had to call when I received the service papers on my car and discovered it myself when it was delivered back to me. I should have been informed of this. The concierge service was excellent. More

Maybe the guys were new to car sales, they didn't indicate that and if so, why wasn't a seasoned sales person assigned to help them to help close the deal. I'm not blaming them, I feel sorry for them, shame on the dealership! Come-on if you're going to sell cars, know something about them besides having four wheels, a steering wheel and press the gas pedal! It guess that's the way booming Austin/GT/RR car businesses operate today; so arrogant they don't need to train their sales people to sell the product - jeez...... I did end up with the vehicle I wanted and some decent entertainment through out the process. I hope Mac Haik sees this. More
