I had to schedule this appointment in advance due to the parts being replaced. My vehicle maintenance took longer than expected and luckily this was ok with me. Buying Experience I understand car dealers are in business to make a profit, but I think that this dealership should at least offer blue book trade in value when tradin I understand car dealers are in business to make a profit, but I think that this dealership should at least offer blue book trade in value when trading in a car, especially a Ford. It is very inconvenient to have to sell my car or go over to another dealer to sell my car so I don't get screwed on the trade. In this case, I was in a hurry and accepted over $1,000 less than the trade value for my car. And in the end, I did not feel like I was treated fairly. It has happened to me twice at this dealership. When I bought my Taurus in 2014 (which I just traded), I had to go over to Carmax to sell my trade. I think this is my last purchase from this dealer. More
