Poor Customer Service from Sales and Service Both sales and service delivered poor customer service. We have purchased several vehicles from Mac Haik and my transmission went out in a 2014 Escap Both sales and service delivered poor customer service. We have purchased several vehicles from Mac Haik and my transmission went out in a 2014 Escape with 87,000 miles. It took 2 1/2 days for service to get back with me to tell me what was wrong. Service Rep never returned my calls. I decided to purchase a new vehicle and sales wasn't that interested in trying to help me find a vehicle I was looking for. Kept trying to up-sell me. The only good thing interaction with was sales is that they provided a loaner while I was looking for a car. I ended up purchasing from another dealership and taking my 2014 to a private service company to get the transmission fixed because Mac Haik was over charging me. Will not be coming back. More

Jason Grosch made us a Mac Haik customer again! We had a not so great experience at Mac Haik several years ago, but when we saw a preowned Lincoln MKZ listed that we were interested in, we decided t We had a not so great experience at Mac Haik several years ago, but when we saw a preowned Lincoln MKZ listed that we were interested in, we decided to give them another shot. We were not immediately bombarded outside, which was kind of nice actually. We ended up meeting with sales associate, Jason "Jase" Grosch and he was super friendly. He answered all of the questions we had and even though he knew we were going to look at a different vehicle at another Ford dealership, he was not pushy or rude. When I got in touch with him the next day via text message and let him know we were interested in the Lincoln MKZ, he was quick in answering and prompt in getting answers to my questions. We worked out a price via text message and he had the car, finance approval and paperwork ready to go when we arrived. He made the process painless and enjoyable!
