Mess everywhere after an oil change I went in to get a oil change which was routine, but they left a mess in my car during pick up. The papers they handed me after my oil change was do I went in to get a oil change which was routine, but they left a mess in my car during pick up. The papers they handed me after my oil change was done were smeared with oil and I could barely read the last page. Upon actually getting in my car the steering wheel, gears, handles and sides were covered in oil. I tried to call the service manager about this issue and was sent to voicemail. I've never had this much of an issue with a simple oil change. More

Great salesman, quick and easy car purchase We live near Waco and called around 10 am to ask about a couple of Ford Escapes listed on the website. By the time we drove to Georgetown, our salesman Greg Davis had located the cars and had them ready for us to look at. We selected one and were driving away roughly 90 minutes later. We really like the way the sticker price and all discounts are easy to review on the website, no haggling required. We pretty much knew what we wanted and buying at Mac Haik was once again a pleasant experience. This is actually our 4th time to buy from Mac Haik. Twice in Temple and twice in Georgetown. We are definitely repeat customers! More
