The positive has been the service team has kept going until all of my issues were taken care of. It’s always a good feeling to know the dealer has your back and will make it right. This has not been my experience with other dealers and service teams, so nice work! I recommend that the technicians verify their work after completing repairs. This will save everyone some grief, time, money, etc. Regardless, the good outweighs the opportunities by a mile. Where do you think I will buy my next vehicle....?.....Mac Haik More

And Mac Haik Body Shop met our standards and above. We will always recommend others to seek them out before they think they need to go to a specific "body" shop. More
Quicklane experience Have been here 3 times. 1st when vehicle was new. Returned day of pickup because tires were underinflated. Got home to find all valve stem caps had be Have been here 3 times. 1st when vehicle was new. Returned day of pickup because tires were underinflated. Got home to find all valve stem caps had been removed and not put back. 2nd time for initial oil change done on a Monday or Tuesday. Drove home, 5 to 7 miles and parked it. Checked it Saturday, oil was black as night and oil filter was leaking (F350 with Diesel engine). Took it back they redid oil change and again replaced the filter. Oil was clear for next 250 miles. 3rd time for oil change and tire rotation. Again had to return. Tires rotated and properly inflated (front 65 psi rear 80 psi) but pressure monitor not reprogrammed. Service advisors are respectful, friendly, and easy to work with but quality of work on my vehicle has been seriously lacking. More
