Truck issues Service is great once they determine the issue. No car service and the amount of time it took for them to determine the issue was unacceptable. Most of the people in the service department are rude and could care less about the of the customers needs. Shuttle service (really) - what kind of ghetto crap is this.. oh and I am of the working class, how do you expect me to get there once I drop my vehicle off just for diagnostics and approval (not including work) -Trash Company!
