Totally Take Care Of I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for Exhaust "Selection Mode Not Available" problem. I called Jason Norman (Service Advisor) who has been so good with I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for Exhaust "Selection Mode Not Available" problem. I called Jason Norman (Service Advisor) who has been so good with repairs before. He said bring it in, but it might be the next day or later before getting to it. I understand and took it to him. Got to the service drive up and twice was asked by Service Advisors if they could help, Then Jason comes out with that firm handshake looking me in the eye and says "what's up". Told him my name and he said I am going to do the best I can to get to this as soon as I can. Got a shuttle ride home. 5 hours later I get a call from Jason that my car is ready, just needed some reprogramming and do I need a ride back to the dealership. I was already planning my next 2 days minus my car (I am a single senior man with 1 car). And he did get it in to a service tech early and back up and ready the same day. Shuttle came by in about 20 mins and the driver took me to the Cashier. Finished with the Cashier and then went by to see Jason and thank him for working so hard to get me in and out SO FAST. I realize not all service work will be this way, but I do know that Jason will try to "Get'er Done" as soon & correctly as he can. I was "Totally Take Care Of …" Jim Mashaw More

Getting out of my lease was a hassle but that had nothing to do with Doc or Mac Haik, they actually saved the day and came up with a solution. I was very pleased with the entire experience. If I could give NO stars, I would I brought a vehicle in for servicing in which they didn't want to work on and honor manufacturers warranty. My service writer brought the Service Mana I brought a vehicle in for servicing in which they didn't want to work on and honor manufacturers warranty. My service writer brought the Service Manager in to discuss with me in which they told me I would have to pay for charges for work done if Ford didn't reimburse them! The vehicle was new and these problems were there when it got delivered. The last straw was when they told me I caused damage to the center console (the material bubbled up in a blob and looked like grease). I wiped off said grease with a napkin, only to realize it was the material that peeled off. They said I used a chemical on it which caused it to happen... Then why didn't the whole thing peel up? Bottom line, I would go elsewhere unless you are ready to potentially get taken advantage of. Final straw? there were 3 things they didn't address (stuck traction switch, rattling door panel and rubber grommet in bed that wouldn't stay in.) When I called them out on the rubber grommet, they replaced the part but refused to write the service up to avoid having me get a survey to review them!! I did call Ford and file a formal complain and will be off to the BBB next. More
