Excellent experience Jeremy did everything possible to get us into the vehicle that best suited us. We started with one vehicle and thought we would trade for it but in m Jeremy did everything possible to get us into the vehicle that best suited us. We started with one vehicle and thought we would trade for it but in mid stream I decided on a different vehicle. It worked out just fine. Then it had a problem within the first week of driving it and I was stranded. We got it back in to service and the issue was taken care of. Quick accurate analysis followed by fast repair I needed to have a cam follower replaced on my F150 with 190K miles on the engine. While I could have had this work done elsewhere at a lower cost, I I needed to have a cam follower replaced on my F150 with 190K miles on the engine. While I could have had this work done elsewhere at a lower cost, I have learned through experience that engine internal work is best left to trained Ford technicians. They did a great job on the repairs and my truck runs perfectly again. I was kept informed as the diagnosis and work progressed and used the shop's shuttle service for a ride home. While waiting for the courtesy van i was able to stay plugged into work with their free WiFi. The Service Advisor Landon Parks did an excellent job of communications and setting expectations. More
