They understood my needs, answered my questions, and followed up on every aspect quickly and thoroughly. They valued my time and made me feel good about being there. Scott Tell did an outstanding job of making sure the sales team knew their customer and that they were taken care of. I was also impressed with how organized their inventory was compared to other dealers who couldn't find keys or even find where a vehicle was located. Waiting for a finance manager was lengthy but overall it was an efficient process. More
F150 was in 12 days for service work and 2 recalls. My F150 was in 12 days for service work for a leaking oil pan and 2 recalls. 12 days is way too long and 1 of the recalls was not even completed, as My F150 was in 12 days for service work for a leaking oil pan and 2 recalls. 12 days is way too long and 1 of the recalls was not even completed, as the Transmission show "was backed up". Truck was dropped off July 8th and picked up on July 19th. Truck was not even looked at until July 17th. What is the reasoning to SCHEDULE services if you are not able to work on truck for 9 more days? If a longer vehicle is not going to be provided, this timeline is not acceptable. Landon Parks the service advisor was professional and kept me in the loop, so that was appreciated. More
