Great Customer Service from Service Advisor Landon Parks We have a 2010 F150 King Ranch Truck, our second truck purchased from Mac Haik. We have all service done at the dealership and have always received outstanding customer service. Our truck had (what we thought) total electrical failure about a week ago. We could not even unlock the doors but after speaking with Landon Parks, Service Advisor, he explained this very thing can happen when the battery is completely dead. 24 hours later...tow truck arrived and by chance I tried to unlock the doors...bingo it worked. I was able to get a jump start and drove the truck directly to Mac Haik Service Center. Landon was professional & efficient. A new battery was installed (prorated) within an hour. Way to go Landon...give him a raise!! More

Things to do for a scheduled service I took my truck to the Mac Haik Ford service center for my 20K scheduled service. They recommended that I use Mac Haik Ford's Quick Lane. Comparin I took my truck to the Mac Haik Ford service center for my 20K scheduled service. They recommended that I use Mac Haik Ford's Quick Lane. Comparing the Quick Lane items completed to the scheduled service, they missed a few things. 1) Refill the diesel exhaust fluid tank, 2) replace cabin air filter, 3) and lubricate. Topping off the bluedef definitely was not done, and if the other two were done then they were not listed on the receipt. More

I appreciate the "making it right" but I should not have had to make a second trip to get what I asked for. I also threw in an extra thing to accomplish and it was done the first time around. The service writers are personable, and willing to explain when you have questions. More

Car only has 3,750 miles and had to be jumped if I wanted to use it. Should have known better as we had awful service when purchasing the vehicle. Last time I will ever go into that dealership. More

Excellent first car buying experience! I figured why not go with the great same car that had lasted me so many years? So I found my dream car in Georgetown- the new 2019 Escape... beautiful! I was so nervous going into the dealership to talk pricing, seeing as this was my first car buying experience, but both John and Kevin made me feel so comfortable. They were incredibly nice and honest and made sure I really understood everything regarding the price of the car and what I would be paying. John initially took me for the test drive and really worked with me on different pricing options. Kevin then took over and showed my husband and I all the ins and outs of the car, being sure we fully understood all the new technology. He took exceptional care of us! My new car actually needed a couple of things done before I drove it home and so they put me in a different brand new Escape until I could come back to pick it up. When I got back, Kevin had parked my car out front, fully ready to go and even cooling off for me. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership... whether its your first car or not, they really made me feel like a princess :). More
