(I did, got only good reviews off google). I ended up with a 125k warranty for a good price as a Costco member that alleviated any concern on the turbos. I LOVE my new 1/2 ton pickup and the fuel mileage is fantastic (my first 26.1 mile trip to work got 26.6 miles per gallon...I did grandpa it a little...but showed everyone at work the trip setup. Probably a few more folks headed to buy trucks. More

Of the last 5 vehicles I’ve owned, 4 have been purchased new or used at Mac Haik. The sales people I have dealt with have all been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in the car buying process. They are not high pressure which I appreciate. Jase, who I worked with on my latest purchase was great. I would definitely request him if I found myself in the market in the near future. More

Unresponsive Called for pricing and was told he would send me pricing along with the window stickers on the car. I mentioned that I was not in a rush and at the end of the day pricing would determine when I moved forward with the purchase. Never heard back from the salesman after that. My lease will be ending soon and I want to make sure I allot plenty of time for a smart car purchase. This dealership and salesman clearly expect quick, pressured sales. I am not interested in sales pitches as I know exactly what vehicle I want before coming to the dealer. Would not recommend this dealership. More

Great Customer Service from Service Advisor Landon Parks We have a 2010 F150 King Ranch Truck, our second truck purchased from Mac Haik. We have all service done at the dealership and have always received outstanding customer service. Our truck had (what we thought) total electrical failure about a week ago. We could not even unlock the doors but after speaking with Landon Parks, Service Advisor, he explained this very thing can happen when the battery is completely dead. 24 hours later...tow truck arrived and by chance I tried to unlock the doors...bingo it worked. I was able to get a jump start and drove the truck directly to Mac Haik Service Center. Landon was professional & efficient. A new battery was installed (prorated) within an hour. Way to go Landon...give him a raise!! More

Things to do for a scheduled service I took my truck to the Mac Haik Ford service center for my 20K scheduled service. They recommended that I use Mac Haik Ford's Quick Lane. Comparin I took my truck to the Mac Haik Ford service center for my 20K scheduled service. They recommended that I use Mac Haik Ford's Quick Lane. Comparing the Quick Lane items completed to the scheduled service, they missed a few things. 1) Refill the diesel exhaust fluid tank, 2) replace cabin air filter, 3) and lubricate. Topping off the bluedef definitely was not done, and if the other two were done then they were not listed on the receipt. More
