When I called the next day to confirm I was told to come back they would do it, and throw in a free oil change. It was life and death, but it was one of the reasons I came in. I appreciate the "making it right" but I should not have had to make a second trip to get what I asked for. I also threw in an extra thing to accomplish and it was done the first time around. The service writers are personable, and willing to explain when you have questions. More
TERRIBLE! Waited 15 minutes in service and then told to go to "quick" service. One hour and 45 minutes later had new battery installed. Car only has 3,750 miles and had to be jumped if I wanted to use it. Should have known better as we had awful service when purchasing the vehicle. Last time I will ever go into that dealership. More

The wait is always awesome and even if it's a little long the crew is very good about estimating wait times and even keeping you updated on progress until completion. The techs take really good care of the vehicles and are straight forward regarding any recommendations or issues they find. Customer for life! More

I figured why not go with the great same car that had lasted me so many years? So I found my dream car in Georgetown- the new 2019 Escape... beautiful! I was so nervous going into the dealership to talk pricing, seeing as this was my first car buying experience, but both John and Kevin made me feel so comfortable. They were incredibly nice and honest and made sure I really understood everything regarding the price of the car and what I would be paying. John initially took me for the test drive and really worked with me on different pricing options. Kevin then took over and showed my husband and I all the ins and outs of the car, being sure we fully understood all the new technology. He took exceptional care of us! My new car actually needed a couple of things done before I drove it home and so they put me in a different brand new Escape until I could come back to pick it up. When I got back, Kevin had parked my car out front, fully ready to go and even cooling off for me. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership... whether its your first car or not, they really made me feel like a princess :). More

Incredibly fast - even when they were swamped! My hubby took our 2013 Ford Flex in for scheduled maintenance on the first business day after a holiday weekend: Monday, July 8th. He got there early, without an appointment, just to drop off the vehicle. " The joint was really jumping," he said, as everyone in Georgetown had the same idea. There was a long wait for the shuttle under the circumstances. A friendly shuttle driver brought him home and we were prepared to be car-less for at least two days. But within a few hours we got that happy phone call, lower-than-expected pricing and another ride on the friendly shuttle. Same day service, even when utterly swamped. THat's what I truly call Quick Lane! Thank you, Mac Haik Ford Lincoln! More

I must say the quick lane service was far more superior in understanding the problem I’ve used the service by appointment and the quick lane recently. I must say the quick lane service was far more superior in understanding the problem, providing a real forecast and to provide with the final report. On the other hand, I have mixed feelings in this review, because in the previous month I had a service by appointment for the regular works and to fix the air conditioned, I never got a report to indicate the status of my car and I’m still waiting the call from the service guy to indicate me when they will complete the se second part of the AC. In this case may review is affected by the 2 recent experiences but If i had to review them separated, the service by appointment would get a lower score and the quick lane a higher. More

Service employees are great as always, do them a favor and fix the parking lots! More
