Vehicle Purchase I was pleased with the sales portion of the transaction, while dealing with Morgan. But, we did not received as much as a follow up call, once we took possession of the vehicle. We figured that we would, if only due to the complexity of the electronics in the new F150. We heard the Mac Haik staff expected "bragadocious" talk about their outstanding service. So far my experience has been a total disappointment. It took two weeks for them to payoff balance on my trade. The slowest that I have experienced, having traded multiple cars in the past. At this point, I just want to receive my registration documents and the funds due to us. So that I can put this bad experience and Mac Haik on my rear view mirror. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone!!! More

Our most recent purchase was through Rod (James) Bailey. Rod was very good about keeping us informed about a truck we had considered for purchase. When another customer purchased that truck Rod continued staying in contact with us and quickly found another truck that met our needs...in fact it was even better suited to our needs than the original truck we were considering. Rod spent a great amount of time explaining the features of the truck. Jared, the aftermarket salesman, was excellent with showing us examples of things we were considering purchasing and we ended up purchasing the aftermarket items and we found our experience with the aftermarket items to be excellent as well. Our recent experience was excellent and couldn’t have been any better nor any more improved upon. More

Happy with the experience I chose a Williamson county dealer since I live in Round Rock and I went to Mac Haik first since they were on a mailer I received (after expressing in I chose a Williamson county dealer since I live in Round Rock and I went to Mac Haik first since they were on a mailer I received (after expressing interest in the Expedition at the 2019 Austin auto show). I had already done a lot of research on options, financing, etc before approaching a dealership and had a good idea of what I wanted so I really didn't need a salesman to help choose, but just to answer a few questions and to efficiently work out a deal. We met with Greg to go over a few vehicle details, test drive and pricing, and wrapped up the deal about 48 hours later with Doc. Of course I did my due diligence and checked around with other local dealers but it was evident pretty quickly Mac Haik was going to have the best deal. The financing session with Jose went well. He of course went over extended warranties and such but could tell I was not interested and was able to take "no" for an answer without excessive pushing that I have experienced at other dealers. Overall it was a good experience with a good amount of transparency, and if we buy another new Ford we will certain look to Mac Haik. More
