This unfortunately meant I had to go home without my new ride and had to drive back on Monday afternoon to finish the paperwork. Like I said, NO FAULT to the dealership, just an unfortunate situation for everyone. Great deal on the new ride, but tried to lowball my trade-in initially. Maybe use KBB value as baseline like most other dealerships in the Centex area instead of your own internal program. Ended up getting about 3K less than the KBB value for "poor" condition although my vehicle was in good to very good condition, but it was enough to make the deal and get the price to where I needed it. Overall, I would buy my next vehicle here, and would refer to friends. You just need to know the value of your trade and not accept the first offer. Jeff in finance got me a xxxx of a deal on the extended service plan, which was over 1K less than the initial offer I received on the floor and allowed me to pull the trigger on it. A More
