Transmission issues Noticed the truck wanted to keep moving even though we were at a stand still. and then when putting the truck in park it sounded like the transmission Noticed the truck wanted to keep moving even though we were at a stand still. and then when putting the truck in park it sounded like the transmission made a loud clunk (Drive --> Park) like it was about to drop. Took the truck over to your service department on a Friday and met your Service Tech. She immediately started writing up the service order and informed me it could be a few days so the Transmission Mechanics could do a thorough inspection. On Tuesday I was informed of the issue was covered under the factory warranty and was given a time I could pick it up. I haven't had much time to put any miles on the truck since then but expect to in the next month. Will keep ya posted. More

Consistent Excellence I've used the Mac Haik service department for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs since purchasing our F150 from Mac Haik in 2017. My exper I've used the Mac Haik service department for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs since purchasing our F150 from Mac Haik in 2017. My experience has changed my previous negative view that dealership service departments are excessively expensive, inconvenient and lower quality than independent service operations. The Fast Lane technicians are friendly, helpful and efficient and explain things fully to their customers. Examples: - Customer waiting next to me needed an inspection completed but the insurance card was out of date. The customer was having difficulty getting an up to date proof of insurance (internet issues), so the tech took the initiative to get it directly from the insurance company. - Everyone calling / dropping off was provided with the expected wait times, which increased throughout the morning. Everyone calling in was advised that 7 am opening was the best time for a fast turn around. - My trailer brake signal was not working and the Landon explained, after hearing the symptoms, that it was probably the controller and would require another visit after the part was received. - On a previous scheduled maintenance visit, the Fast Lane technicians were able to complete a recall repair, which I had scheduled for a later date in the main service department - without me even mentioning that appointment! Congrats on building a customer centric service department and providing good value to those customers. More
