Quick accurate analysis followed by fast repair I needed to have a cam follower replaced on my F150 with 190K miles on the engine. While I could have had this work done elsewhere at a lower cost, I I needed to have a cam follower replaced on my F150 with 190K miles on the engine. While I could have had this work done elsewhere at a lower cost, I have learned through experience that engine internal work is best left to trained Ford technicians. They did a great job on the repairs and my truck runs perfectly again. I was kept informed as the diagnosis and work progressed and used the shop's shuttle service for a ride home. While waiting for the courtesy van i was able to stay plugged into work with their free WiFi. The Service Advisor Landon Parks did an excellent job of communications and setting expectations. More

Fantastic experience with Art Espinosa and his team Art, Renee, Jared, and Shannon were all phenomenal to work with and I'm a difficult customer. Not only did Art find me the exact Ford Escape I was Art, Renee, Jared, and Shannon were all phenomenal to work with and I'm a difficult customer. Not only did Art find me the exact Ford Escape I was looking for, but he also took it at back in at no charge to touch up a very minuscule scratch on the roof that I missed when originally inspecting the car. Superb service from Renee. He took the car in for the minor paint repair and inspected it afterwards. He wants me to come back for a few more touch up jobs on the roof to make sure they get it right. Jared helped me get all the accessories I wanted after the purchase. The UV coating for the front windshield was an excellent recommendation. And the powder coated wheels turned out perfect. There were some minor bubbles in the UV coating. Art, Renee, and Jared all said to bring it back in if it doesn't go away after curing and they would replace it. Shannon helped me mix and match a few options on the warranty side to keep the cost down and still have all the protection that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my Escape and the experience overall. When the time comes for me to get something new, I'll definitely be back to Mac Haik. Also, this is the only dealership I would go to for service on my vehicle. They go the extra mile to take care of you. More

Long Wait But Lots of Work Done I had my F-150 in for all the required servicing at 90.000 miles. It took about 5 hours and because of where I live (farther than 25 miles from the s I had my F-150 in for all the required servicing at 90.000 miles. It took about 5 hours and because of where I live (farther than 25 miles from the shop) I wasn't eligible for shuttle service home and back to the shop.
