My husband looked online and had to put in phone number and email. Have mercy! The barrage of constant phone calls and emails from all kinds of dealerships took me aback! Only one...Kevin Long sent a simple, kind, non-hassling email offering his services when we were ready to buy. So, HE got our business!! We went to Mac Haik and Kevin happened to be sitting outside and said "Good Morning Folks, how may I help you today?". I knew we were in the right place with the right person! The positive has been the service team has kept going until all of my issues were taken care of. It’s always a good feeling to know the dealer has your back and will make it right. This has not been my experience with other dealers and service teams, so nice work! I recommend that the technicians verify their work after completing repairs.
