Best Car Buying Experience I've Had It took me about a year to make this purchase. It was primarily because our salesman, Isaac actually honored and respected my request to be left alone It took me about a year to make this purchase. It was primarily because our salesman, Isaac actually honored and respected my request to be left alone after my 1st visits that I decided to return when it eas truly time to buy a new car. I was never pestered with calls or texts like the several other dealerships I'd visited, and Isaac was incredibly patient and respectful the entire time, never pushing features I didn't want or need. I never got the underhanded "slimey" car salesman vibe, and he was very polite & kind to my 5 year old son. He gave my husband & I the price we wanted for more car than we needed, so we were happy with pur purchase. This is our 3rd Ford bought at Mac Haik. More

I had an issue with my engine coolant overheating and they said they would be able to troubleshoot the problem likely the next day since they had a back log. By the end of the day, they had already looked at it and were able to get me into a rental until the parts could come on hand. Julie Nichols was my service rep and she did a fantastic job updating me anytime more information came out and she eventually worked something out where I would get a whole new engine since it was faster than waiting for the individual parts. Overall amazing experience for what started off as a horrible morning. More
