Quality of used cars Bought a used suburban on 2/13 On 2/14 took it back because A/C did not work Clark went above and beyond in providing me with a loaner thru all the Bought a used suburban on 2/13 On 2/14 took it back because A/C did not work Clark went above and beyond in providing me with a loaner thru all the issues and is truly a great associate. Down the suburban for a couple of days while they replaced the compressor. Pick the suburban back up and while driving over the. Next couple of days noticed an odd noise. Took it back to Clark and again got me a loaner and sent suburban to service. Couple of days later received a call from Hewlett Chevrolet stating they had my suburban and would be addressing the issue for Mac Haik. On 3/3 received a call from Hewlett that suburban was ready for pick up and they had to replace all valves and lifters on passenger side. So went to pick it up and also went by Mac haik to speak to Jose after Clark had called me and let me know my payoff came up 250 short and they took the money out of his, used car manager and Jose check and asked if I could pay the shortage. It’s money I owed and felt bad for Clark for all that he has done for me. So went in to pay Jose and I also asked what kind of deal I could get on a extended warranty since I have all ready had two majors services done. He said he would check and email me with pricing. Still has of 4/3 I haven’t received anything from Jose. I have been in communication with Clark asking him the same thing and he has yet to here from Jose from what I know. I have gotten pricing from his finance guy from hutto but when inmentioned Jose was going to get me the best deal he could he said let me reach back out to Jose. So here I am now with no response from Jose and Suburban is now making another noise from inside engine bay. Not sure what to do from here. More

Not only was Shaun very professional and helpful in our selection of a new vehicle, he is a very personable guy and is actually fun to work with; this made the selection and buying experience one with good memories. That all changed when we visited Mac Haik in Georgetown, Shaun greeted us at the door, and promptly introduced himself to our pup (the most important member of our family) so instantly we felt better about the whole thing. We had done the research, and knew what we were looking for, but when we couldn't decide on which color Shaun parked the 2 options side by side so we could make the best decision. From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable and were so impressed with Shaun's passion for cars and customer service. Awesome sales Ms. Mabry answered my call when I inquired about a used Infiniti and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the car. I bought the car with no haggling because it was priced right. This car was the only car in the United States at the time, with all the features I was looking for. Sold.
