I went in with my own pre-approved financing. Bought a $32,000 vehicle and came out owing $54,000! John Holt did not explain things accurately, failed to offer me my rebate or credit life insurance (because he said it was too expensive), but had no problem offering me the other expensive coverages. It’s because they do t make money off of credit life. I told him DURING the process that my address on the paperwork was incorrect and even made two separate trips up there afterwards and he flat out REFUSED to fix it. I have left messages to speak to the manager as my vehicle-related mail is now going to wrong address and have not gotten a call back. More
