Amazing and Convenient Sales Experience I was a tough customer with some specific needs when I approached Mac Haik Ford. I had been through 4+ other dealerships who had all failed to meet my I was a tough customer with some specific needs when I approached Mac Haik Ford. I had been through 4+ other dealerships who had all failed to meet my requirements. I was contacted by Kenny Campbell who quickly answered my questions and got the process started using the parameters I had set. I needed a quick and seamless experience, using modern technology to facilitate a majority of the sales process up to signing an agreement and driving away in my new Ford. Both Kenny and then Josh Bovino the Finance Manager got the deal done quickly and exceeded my expectations in so many ways! I’m super happy with my new Ford Escape Titanium! More

Delayed maintenance Stopped for a routine oil/filter change and tire rotation plus top-off of under the hood fluids. Typical 5000 mile maintenance. Only two customers wer Stopped for a routine oil/filter change and tire rotation plus top-off of under the hood fluids. Typical 5000 mile maintenance. Only two customers were in the waiting room when I arrived and they quickly left. I waited. After an hour, I checked in the parking lot to see if my car had been removed from its slot and it had. I waited some more. After 45 more minutes, the technician came to me with a list of recommended work to be done and I refused both items. I waited some more but expected to have my car delivered at any time. Another 40 minutes passed. I was finally called up to pay my bill and leave. I've done maintenance work on my own cars before and know how long it takes to do certain things. Two and a half hours to get a simple oil/filter change and tire rotation done is too long for a "Quick Lane." Suggest you take reservations like the Honda place does. Those guys are fast. More
