So glad I went for a second opinion! I bought my truck from Mac Hail(and glad I did) but moved to Brownwood after the purchase. I did buy the extended warranty too. Good thing. So my I bought my truck from Mac Hail(and glad I did) but moved to Brownwood after the purchase. I did buy the extended warranty too. Good thing. So my 2017 f250 blew a hose at 44k miles. I originally took the truck to the ford dealer in Brownwood. Their shop is as a disaster. Super messy and they told me my warranty DID NOT cover the problems and the repair would be $800 to replace 2 radiator hoses!! Good thing I took the truck back to Mac Haik. They were able to fix my truck using the extended warranty for only a $100 deductible. No questions asked. My rep Juan, was awesome and very attentive and when he had to step out on a personal issue another advisor stepped in seamlessly and my truck was completed exactly as requested. They were awesome and addressed every need I had. My ford truck will go nowhere else for service now!! Thank you Mac Haik for continuing to take great care of me long after the sale! More
