I found Mak Haik and Tim Bursiek through a coworker at the CATERPILLAR dealer where I work. I got a great reference frommy coworker who asked me to at leat give them a shot. This is the first time I ever "trusted" the sales person, Tim went above and beyond my expectations to find me the truck I wanted and was as tranparent as possible about every detail. Not to mention he beat deal that the dealer closest to my home where I purchased my last (2) new FORD tucks from from by over $2500 between the trade difference and purchase price on this 2010 F-150. I enjoyed working with Cameron. He had the car ready when I arrived and had someone meet me at the airport. I only had two issues with the car. The purchase of this truck was the easiest I've ever done at any dealership - new or used - period. I negotiated the price by email. I filled out credit online. I secured financing and terms over the phone. I had tint, a bedliner, and an alarm installed before I had even seen the truck in person. In the end, I showed up only to sign paperwork, which we all know can sometimes be a hard sell for stuff like warranties, services, aftermarket parts, etc. The finance manager quickly explained what he had to offer and did not push, which I greatly appreciated. I was in and out with a brand new truck in 45 minutes, and that's including Tim explaining some of the features to me (he had an answer for every question I had - he knows his stuff). Overall, I'd say this is the only dealer that I have bought from that I could honestly recommend to friends and family - and this is my 19th vehicle.
