Nick Tieu is 5/5. Could not have asked for a better salesman. Purchased my vehicle 10/20/20 and cancelled the Mastertech policy on 10/23/20. Received my first bill and contacted Toyota Financial Se salesman. Purchased my vehicle 10/20/20 and cancelled the Mastertech policy on 10/23/20. Received my first bill and contacted Toyota Financial Services to confirm the cancellation and was told that American Financial & Automotive Services did not send them anything for the cancellation. Was redirected to AFAS and spoke to a representative and stated that the policy actually went into effect today (11/18) and that they had not received any cancellation requests from Mac Haik Toyota. Very happy I asked for a copy of my own cancellation form because I had to scan and send in the copy of my cancellation form via email for something that was dated near a month ago. Not sure for how long I would have been sitting thinking that the plan was cancelled had I not contacted Toyota/AFAS. Big thanks to Nick, I love my truck. Most likely will never do business with Mac Haik Toyota/go through their finance department for the foreseeable future. More
I originally scheduled an appointment by calling the service dept the week before and was told the day of the appointment that they did not show any appointment so I chose to reschedule instead of takin service dept the week before and was told the day of the appointment that they did not show any appointment so I chose to reschedule instead of taking the vehicle in that day. Not sure who I originally spoke with. I rescheduled with Robert in service who was very accommodating when I showed up for 11/16/2000 appt. My wife and I felt VERY uncomfortable in the waiting area due to the fact that 2 different customers were NOT wearing a mask and one was coughing. Also, we were seated near the service dept snack area and multiple employees continued entering the area with NO mask also, making an uncomfortable environment even worse! After about 2-1/2 hours, Robert came and said our vehicle was finished. I asked him if the tires had been rotated (this was the initial 5000 mile service) and was told they were not. He was very cordial and apologized but it took an additional hour of waiting for the tires to be rotated. Robert was very nice and helpful but the overall experience was poor. The poor experience was not due to Robert, who by the way, wore a mask the entire time we were around him. . I felt that he did everything he could to make things right. More
I only use and trust Mac Haik Toyota for service, including oil changes. Robert Bropson is my Service Advisor who always goes out of his way to make sure my vehicles are taken care of. Janie, Ralph, and James Horton have helped me in the past also. It’s nice to come through the doors and be greeted by people who know my name. One of my vehicles is a 2008 Highlander with over 100K miles and Mac Haik keeps it in Tip Top Condition. Sometimes parts are not in stock for this year model but, Brian Bass, behind the Parts Counter is an expert in locating anything this vehicle needs. I sincerely want to thank everyone at Mac Haik Toyota for their friendly and professional service. More
