I contacted this dealership online I was fishing for the best price. I asked my sales professional to give me a best price on a 2020 Camry when he sent the quote I instantly called him because I was interes best price. I asked my sales professional to give me a best price on a 2020 Camry when he sent the quote I instantly called him because I was interested. I got their test drove the vehicle and was ready to close. The whole time it was my understanding that I was paying the quoted price it wasn’t until I got to finance that I realized I was paying $1700 above quoted price. When I asked to involve the manager he came in and did not let me finish explaining myself he said your deal is way too good for us to go even lower or anything else. Because they had quoted me a price below MSRP they did not want to honor anything else. The sales manager did not let me finish explaining he said he was too busy. I needed a car and the quoted price made sense. My sales professional told me that the quoted price included everything. The finance team was very professional when explaining everything so that I could understand and it was not their fault. I felt discrimination since the quote was “too good” You either by this today or the deal is off the sales manager said. Because he said that the quote was a mistake on the sales professional. I do not see how that is my fault. It was agreed upon that all fees were included in the quote he gave me. I purchased a car because I am in need but I did have to pay $1700 above quoted price. More
