When selling our Prieus back to your dealership Mr. Burns had my husband running back and forth from the building to the car getting the information he needed. I don't know if that is standard protocol for had my husband running back and forth from the building to the car getting the information he needed. I don't know if that is standard protocol for Mac Haik to have the customer do all the grunt work but it is bad PR. You might want to reconsider this policy if it is truly your policy. K. Mosis More

Service center has always been good. YOUR NEW CAR SALEMAN NEEDS A REFRESHER COURSE IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. I TOLD HIM IT WAS TIME TO TRADE IN MY 2007 PRIUS AND WANTED ANOTHER ONE.
