Bait & Switch I went to Madison Honda today with the hopes of leasing my 3rd Honda Pilot from them. Unfortunately, Management decided to do a bait & switch on me w I went to Madison Honda today with the hopes of leasing my 3rd Honda Pilot from them. Unfortunately, Management decided to do a bait & switch on me which resulted in me leaving the dealership - never to return and never to recommend them to anyone again. All conversations were about a 2015 model. I test drove a 2015 and the salesperson, Sam, agreed we were talking about a 2015. The "Manager" came back and said the deal was for a 2014. This was after another manager - Theresa, had told me when I entered the dealership, that they had no 2014's left and that Ronny had worked the numbers up on a 2015. Madison Honda - proving once again that buying or leasing a car is an experience that leaves you feeling like you are being ripped off and in need of a shower. Don't let the location fool you - they are no better than the highway dealerships. More

From the time I walked in the door Diu made me feel that I was listened to, he was responsive and informative, with no pressure. I was not railroaded into a car selling process. I had already visited another Honda dealer and left them feeling frustrated so I drove the extra miles to visit Madison Honda, from whom I bought a Civic 3 years ago. It was worth the drive. Dui provided me with more information that I expected regarding the CR-V; he even spent time with me setting up the phone controls and going through all the gadgetry on the car. We worked out the financing to my satisfaction. I left the dealership feeling happy, which is not what I expected. I love the car and couldn't be happier. I have to mention that Dui went over-the-top in his customer service for me. When I got the car home I discovered something cosmetic that needed to be fixed. Dui drove to my house to take a picture of the car in order to save me having to drive over to the dealership. A replacement part was ordered so that when I showed up a day later and the issue was fixed. Who provides this level of service? It is rare - and much appreciated. I am a satisfied customer who will continue to do business with Madison Honda. More
