Third time the charm I had made offers on two vehicles previously but both were sold before I could get to the dealership for a test drive. I began getting discouraged but kept checking the dealer's web site for a suitable value. I found two low mileage certified vehicles and made an offer on one, a Fit, which the used car manager felt was too low. I then test drove an Accord and knew this 'fit' was a good one. Paul Fuchs handled the negotiation, an 'accord' was reached, and I left with the Certified 2009 Accord later that afternoon. Madison Honda handled all the paperwork including contacting my insurance company to get a binder on the vehicle. The financing rate was spot on for someone with my credit rating (high). Paul was eager to broker the deal, but not pushy, and he made the sale happen. That said, I would not have returned to Madison Honda had it not been for the Internet Sales Manager, Gary Basile, who handled my every request promptly and courteously. Mark Stocke is the real deal. Okay. First off, I hate car dealers. Almost all of them. I try to avoid dealing with them as much as possible. I do my negotiating on the phone and wh Okay. I do my negotiating on the phone and when I have a deal in place, I go to the dealership to close the deal. This time though it was different. I went to Madison Honda to meet the last salesman I did business with but learned that it was his last day. I ended up working with Mark. Well, thank God I found him. Pretty honest person. Not trying any salesman gimmicks. His personality is smooth and he tries to answer all questions nicely and honestly. Try him. You will thank me. PS: I don't like the Sales Managers at Madison Honda. But it is people like Mark that makes me go back there. More

Our experience with the dealership has always been pleasant. Our salesperson for all of these transactions, one purchase and three leases, has been Mark Stocke. Mark works to get us what we want in a vehicle and at a price that is acceptable for us. Although as consumers we would always want to pay less, we feel that at the end of the buying process we get the car we want at a fair price. There is never any high pressure - just a respect for our wishes and an honest effort to make a deal. Good dealership and good salesperson. More
