Even when we moved farther away, we continue to use them for servicing so it was natural to go to them to purchase a car. We worked with Mark Stocke. Very nice for a salesman, I felt he was engaged and interested in our business from start to finish to present. My only complaint was that I was told we could not purchase a car listed on their website that was located at another dealer(why show a car I cannot purchase from you? I do not want to purchase from a different dealer I do not know). Otherwise everything went well. Any mess we noticed while test driving the car(from other test drives) was cleaned before purchase. The Sales manager/Finance guy was ok, a bit pushy on the add-ons, but shopping for a car can't be too easy, right? Overall I feel it was a fair price, for a great car, from a trusted dealership, and sold by a nice employee. More

This was a new leased vehicle for my wife and I did not want to except anything less than what she wanted. When Madison Honda contacted me they made the entire experience easy and positive. There was a moment in time when a Black Pilot was not available. They asked me once politely if I would be willing to accept a second color, and I was not. However, they listened to my concern and pounded the phones until they found a black Pilot. Thank you Madison Honda for a job well done. My wife is very happy in her new 2014 Black Pilot. Third time the charm I had made offers on two vehicles previously but both were sold before I could get to the dealership for a test drive. I began getting discouraged but I had made offers on two vehicles previously but both were sold before I could get to the dealership for a test drive. I began getting discouraged but kept checking the dealer's web site for a suitable value. I found two low mileage certified vehicles and made an offer on one, a Fit, which the used car manager felt was too low. I then test drove an Accord and knew this 'fit' was a good one. Paul Fuchs handled the negotiation, an 'accord' was reached, and I left with the Certified 2009 Accord later that afternoon. Madison Honda handled all the paperwork including contacting my insurance company to get a binder on the vehicle. The financing rate was spot on for someone with my credit rating (high). Paul was eager to broker the deal, but not pushy, and he made the sale happen. That said, I would not have returned to Madison Honda had it not been for the Internet Sales Manager, Gary Basile, who handled my every request promptly and courteously. I am a demanding customer and Madison Honda, after some false starts, delivered the goods. More
