I did my shopping on-line using the AAA car buying application and This review is in regard to my used 2012 Honda Civic purchase with Madison Honda. I did my shopping on-line using the AAA car buying application and looked at dealers within a 25 mile radius who had 2012 or 2013 Civics available. Of the dealers with cars, I found that Madison Honda had three cars of interest and initiated an inquiry through the car buying site. It was not more than a few minutes later that Madison Honda called to discuss my interest and set up a visit to see the cars. Long story short, I went home with a car later that day. Reasons for my ratings: The dealer responded quickly to my initial inquiry. I felt welcomed by the staff, there was no pressure, the salesman and business manager were very helpful and professional. An issue with a fabric rip was taken care of quickly by the service folks. All in all a very pleasant buying experience. More
